The Gastein thermal wells
What trickled into the depths of the Hohe Tauern as normal rainwater 3,000 years ago, surfaces today as 17 springs which produce five million litres from day to day. The thermal water is enriched with natural radon, has a slight mineral content and a temperature of 44-47 °C.
